Nevada County Transportation Commission

The Nevada County Transportation Commission (NCTC) adopted Resolution 14-25 at their September 17, 2014 meeting to approve their ADA Grievance Procedure and Notice.  Public entities, such as NCTC, are required to establish this procedure to ensure that all persons with disabilities are assured meaningful access to the benefits, services, information, and other important portions of their programs and activities for individuals with disabilities.
