Annually NCTC develops and adopts an Overall Work Program (OWP). The OWP provides an overview of transportation planning activities in Nevada County for the current fiscal year and establishes NCTC's budget. The OWP is reviewed by the individual jurisdictions each year and then submitted to Caltrans. The OWP lists the scope of work for transportation projects that include:
estimated costs
funding sources
completion schedules
NCTC oversees the administration of and coordinates funding for these projects in the OWP.
